Automatic Screw capping machine is a high-speed in-line capping machine, suitable for all kinds of round caps, courtesy caps, spray gun caps, spray caps and other caps capping work.
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, good quality and beautiful appearance. All adjustable parts are adjusted by rocker, and it is convenient and simple to change the bottle type.

Convenient Adjustment：

1.The operating panel is operated by buttons and knobs. Conveyor speed, synchronous belt speed, rolling wheel speed, capping belt speed and capping machine speed can be adjusted by simple knobs, which is quick and easy to adjust.

2.All rubbing wheels are made of silicone with a smooth surface that won't damage the cap.The three sets of rolling wheels are designed as upper, middle and lower layers to screw the top, middle and bottom parts of the lid respectively, ensuring that the lid can be screwed to the bottom.Wheel spacing can be adjusted with a separate rocker for each group.

3.The lid track can be adapted to round lids of unused sizes with simple adjustments, the height can be adjusted and the bottle will automatically hang the lid as it passes through.
