The automatic following capping machine is composed of a capping conveying mechanism, a grasping capping mechanism, a motion module, a conveying mechanism and a control system. The machine has simple structure, easy adjustment, and is suitable for automatic spinning (pressing) caps of 1-5L bottles. The equipment is the latest development of our company, the product in the process of moving, complete the rotation (pressing) cap action. Different from the conventional spinning (pressing) capping machine, it needs to stop when spinning (pressing) capping, which will make the material sway out of the bottle and pollute the bottle body. The machine rotates (presses) the cap without stopping, effectively avoids the spinning (presses) cap pause shaking liquid, and keeps the bottle clean.

This is a new tracking capping machine developed by our company, which integrates bottle entry, cap management, cap entry, cap rotation and bottle exit. Belt clip is adopted in bottle entry, cap rotation adopts tracking cap head, the bottle does not stop when capping, the bottle moves and cap rotation is carried out at the same time to avoid liquid overflow. The servo control torque capping is harmless to the bottle cap, fast speed, safe and stable, and high capping rate. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control, which has wide applicability and easy adjustment.

Single Head Tracking Capping Machine

1.All parts in contact with liquid are made of stainless steel 304/316.

1.The machine can be customized anti-corrosion design, the whole frame is made of PP anti-corrosion material, corrosion resistance.
2.All stainless steel parts that may come into contact with liquids are sprayed with Black Teflon coating to prevent liquid corrosion.
