Gravity Filling Machine

Used for: Thin, free-flowing liquids like water, juice, or oils.
How it works:
Liquid is held in a tank above the filling nozzles.
When a container is placed under a nozzle, a valve opens.
Gravity pulls the liquid down into the container.
Once the preset fill level is reached, the valve closes.

Servo Piston Filling Machine

Used for: Thick or viscous products like sauces, honey, or creams.
How it works:
A piston draws a specific volume of product into a cylinder.
The piston then pushes the product out through a nozzle into the container.
Volume can be adjusted by changing the piston's stroke length.

Pump Filling Machine

Used for: A wide range of liquids, including foamy or viscous types.
How it works:
A pump (gear, peristaltic, or lobe pump) moves the liquid from a tank to the filling nozzle.

HOW FILLING MACHINE WORKS？

A filling machine works by automatically or semi-automatically measuring and delivering a specific amount of product into containers. The process usually follows these steps:

Gravity Filling Machine

A gravity filling machine works by using the natural force of gravity to fill containers with liquid. It’s a simple and efficient method, especially for low to medium viscosity liquids such as water, juice, oil, and other thin, free-flowing fluids.
Filling Valves/Nozzles:
Each nozzle is connected to the tank.
When the valve opens, liquid flows by gravity into the bottle.
Some systems include a vacuum or vent tube to control fill level accurately (common in level-filling machines for clear bottles).
Servo Piston Filling Machine

A servo piston type filling machine is a high-precision liquid filling system that uses servo motors to control the movement of pistons for accurately dispensing liquid into containers. It’s ideal for viscous, semi-viscous, and even foamy liquids, like sauces, creams, detergents, oils, and chemicals.
Servo Motor Controlled Pistons:
Each filling head is connected to a cylinder and piston.
A servo motor precisely drives the piston forward and backward.
Backward stroke draws product into the cylinder (from the tank).
Forward stroke pushes the product out into the container via the nozzle.
Weighing Filling Machine

Weighing type filling machine (also known as a net weight filling machine) works by measuring the actual weight of the liquid or product being filled into each container. This method ensures high filling accuracy, especially important for products sold by weight, such as cooking oil, chemicals, paints, and detergents.
Filling Process:
The nozzle opens, and product flows into the container.
As the container fills, the load cell continuously monitors the weight
The machine slows down the flow as the target weight is approached (coarse → fine filling).
Once the desired weight is reached, the valve closes automatically.
4. Container Discharge

Once filled, containers are moved to the next station.
This may be a capping machine, sealing machine, or directly to labeling/packing.
Overfill or underfill detection systems may be used for quality control.
5. (Optional) Capping or Sealing

If required, the containers are automatically sealed with a cap, film, or lid.
