AUTOMATIC IBC FILLING MACHINE VIDEO
The IBC Filling Machine is a heavy-duty liquid filling solution designed specifically for Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), typically ranging from 500L to 1000L capacity. Built for industrial-scale production, this system ensures precise filling accuracy, safe operation, and reliable long-term performance.
It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, lubricants, coatings, food-grade liquids, and industrial fluids where bulk packaging efficiency and net weight control are critical.
The IBC Filling Machine is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of large-volume liquid packaging.
Equipped with precision load cells, the system measures the weight of the IBC tank in real time during filling. Once the preset target weight is reached, the filling valve automatically closes, ensuring accurate net weight control and minimizing product loss.
The machine is specially structured to accommodate standard IBC containers. Adjustable filling nozzles and height control systems ensure compatibility with different tank specifications.
The filling nozzle is designed to prevent splashing and dripping. Optional diving filling systems are available for foaming liquids to maintain clean and stable operation.
With reinforced platform structure and industrial-grade components, the machine maintains excellent stability when handling heavy containers. Optional safety features such as emergency stop systems, explosion-proof configuration (for flammable liquids), and vapor extraction systems are available.

1.All parts in contact with liquid are made of stainless steel 304/316.
2.Non-drip filling nozzle design with collection tank underneath the filling nozzle to prevent dripping liquid from contaminating the roller conveyor.
3.The rise and fall of the filling nozzle is controlled by a frequency conversion motor, and the rise speed and time delay can be set in the touch screen to control the filling nozzle to always fill below the liquid surface. It can be very effective in reducing foam for liquids that are easy to foam.
1.The load cell adopts Germany HBM, with high detection accuracy.
2.The weighing module will be connected to the PLC, which will control the filling speed and the opening time of the fast and slow valves, working jointly to improve the filling accuracy.
3.A separate load cell will be installed underneath each filling nozzle and underneath the roller station.
1.Filling will be a combination of fast and slow speeds to improve accuracy. AIRTAC valves will complete the fast and slow valve opening action.
2.At the beginning, the filling machine is filled in a fast filling mode, and when it is close to the target accuracy of 2KG, it opens the slow filling mode, which makes the filling accuracy greatly improved by the combination of fast and slow filling.
1.Above the filling machine, there will be a liquid storage tank, depending on the model, the capacity of the tank will vary from 100-200L.
2.All the pipeline connections in the filling machine are in the form of quick interface, easy to dismantle and easy to wash, and the connected hoses are all high pressure resistant pipelines, which can withstand the pressure brought by the pump when filling.
