This anti-corrosion liquid filling machine is special made for filling corrosive liquid such as toilet cleaner,bleaching water, sulphuric acid, 84 disinfectant,etc.
The whole machine is composed of pp anti-corrosive material frame, Teflon bellows, Teflon spraying surface, titanium alloy filling nozzle and Japanese anti-corrosive ball valve.
The filling machine is controlled by brand PLC, touch screen, all electrical components are separated from the filling part to prevent gas corrosion.
Filling Speed:
The filling nozzles can be 6/8/10/12/16/20 numbers.The filling nozzles are made of titanium alloy, which is the best corrosion-resistant material and can be used for a lifetime.The filling range can be from 500ml-5000ml, 10L, 20L and so on. Filling speed range is: 1000-4500 bottles per hour
Filling Method:
There are many filling methods to choose from, atmospheric pressure filling, anti-corrosion magnetic pump filling, filling accuracy up to 0.1%.
Suitable Material:
Bleach, acid liquid, 84 disinfectant, gel water, toilet cleaner, especially used in the liquid filling of strongly corrosion liquid and cosmetics which can’t touch the metal.

Below we have two types of filling lines for commonly used detergent products. In-line lines and Circular lines:
The Circular Line is suitable for toilet bowl cleaner products with commonly used duckbill caps. By customizing the bottle drag mold, the bottle is placed in the mold to achieve the operation of turning the slanted filling nozzle into a straight filling nozzle. This will make the subsequent operation of adding the inner stopper and screwing the outer cap much easier.
After completing the work of filling and capping, the bottle and the bottle drag mold will be separated automatically under the action of the separating device, and the bottle will continue to enter the next step of labeling, packaging and other processes.
After separated, the bottle drag molds will return to the front of the filling machine along the circular conveyor line for recycling.
THE Linear Lines will be simpler compared to circular line. There is no need to use a bottle drag mold.
The filling nozzle of the filling machine will use the slant nozzle filling method, the capping machine will use the rotary capping machine, in the customized turntable, the bottle will lie down slowly in the predetermined direction, the bottle mouth direction will become vertical upward, the work of adding the inner cork and screwing the outer cap will be done in one machine.
After completing the capping work, the bottle will automatically stand up when it is discharged. Enter the subsequent labeling, packing work.
