Duck Neck Bottle Filling Nozzles

1.All parts in contact with liquid are coated with Teflon.
2.Non-drip filling nozzle design with collection tank underneath the filling nozzle to prevent dripping liquid from contaminating the roller conveyor.
3.The rise and fall of the filling nozzle is controlled by a frequency conversion motor, and the rise speed and time delay can be set in the touch screen to control the filling nozzle to always fill below the liquid surface. It can be very effective in reducing foam for liquids that are easy to foam.

Straight Filling Nozzles

1.The load cell adopts Germany HBM, with high detection accuracy.
2.The weighing module will be connected to the PLC, which will control the filling speed and the opening time of the fast and slow valves, working jointly to improve the filling accuracy.
3.A separate load cell will be installed underneath each filling nozzle and underneath the roller station.

Weight Scale

1.Filling will be a combination of fast and slow speeds to improve accuracy. AIRTAC valves will complete the fast and slow valve opening action.
2.At the beginning, the filling machine is filled in a fast filling mode, and when it is close to the target accuracy of 2KG, it opens the slow filling mode, which makes the filling accuracy greatly improved by the combination of fast and slow filling.

 Anti-Corrosion Magnetic Pump

1.Corrosion-resistant magnetic drive pump, maximum rotational speed 2000 revolutions per minute
2.All black components are manufactured from Teflon material, effectively preventing liquid corrosion.
3.The gear section utilises ceramic materials, offering high strength and corrosion resistance.

1.The pump will be controlled by a servo motor to control the speed and number of revolutions, effectively controlling the accuracy to within 0.1%.
2.Featuring corrosion-resistant magnetic drive pumps with speeds up to 2000 revolutions per minute, delivering rapid filling speeds with high precision.

PP Material Material Tank

1.170-200L large-capacity material hoppers, all constructed from corrosion-resistant polypropylene.
2.Fitted with corrosion-inhibiting level control agents and corrosion-resistant imported valves and piping.
