Once the preset fill level is reached, the valve closes.

Servo Piston Filling Machine

Used for: Thick or viscous products like sauces, honey, or creams.
How it works:
A piston draws a specific volume of product into a cylinder.
The piston then pushes the product out through a nozzle into the container.
Volume can be adjusted by changing the piston's stroke length.

Pump Filling Machine

How it works:
A pump (gear, peristaltic, or lobe pump) moves the liquid from a tank to the filling nozzle.

HOW FILLING MACHINE WORKS？

A filling machine works by automatically or semi-automatically measuring and delivering a specific amount of product into containers. The process usually follows these steps:

1.Container Feeding
2.Product Measuring
3. Filling
4. Container Discharge
5. (Optional) Capping or Sealing

1.Container Feeding

Empty containers (bottles, jars, cans, etc.) are fed into the machine.
This is done using a conveyor belt or by manual placement.
The machine ensures the containers are properly aligned for filling.
2.Product Measuring

The machine prepares the correct amount of product to fill each container.
This is done using one of the following systems:
Piston (for thick liquids)
Gravity (for thin, free-flowing liquids)
Pump (for variable viscosities)
Weighing system (for powders or granules)
3. Filling

The filling nozzles move into position above or inside the containers.
The product is dispensed into each container, either one at a time or multiple at once.
